Terms & Conditions

Introduction:

PIRC is a non-profit online Quran institute dedicated to providing the best Islamic courses and services for the sake of Allah. Our mission is to facilitate a conducive learning environment for students committed to deepening their understanding of the Quran.

1. Institute Regulations:

Students are required to adhere to all institute regulations outlined in our policy.

Agreement to this policy implies acceptance of all rules and regulations set by PIRC.

2. Fee Policy:

Fee details are available by clicking on Fee.

Fee payment is mandatory after a successful free trial and confirmation of admission.

Payments must be settled before the start of the first or second class following the trial.

Monthly fees are due by the 10th of each month.

Admission cancellation must be communicated before the start of a new month; otherwise, the fee for that month becomes due.

Fee payments are irreversible and non-refundable under any circumstance.

3. Free Trial:

Our free trial is 100% free, with no attached conditions.

Students can discontinue the service after the free trial if it doesn’t meet their needs.

4. Payment of Fee:

First-month fees must be deposited before further classes are scheduled.

Monthly fees can be paid manually or automatically through our payment processor (BlueSnap) for the upcoming month.

Temporary discontinuation of classes is possible without fees for the specified period.

Reserving the same teacher and time after returning from vacation requires a 50% advance payment of tuition fees.

Failure to pay fees within due dates may result in the suspension of classes.

A 5% annual fee increase should be anticipated.

5. Cancellation Policy:

One month prior notice is required for stopping classes, along with a reason for discontinuation.

6. Eid Holidays:

Eid holidays (Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha) are considered paid leave for tutors.

No discounts or refunds are provided during Eid holidays, and no makeup classes are arranged.

7. Aim of Fee Policy:

Al-Muflihun sustains itself through student fees, avoiding donations.

Fees contribute to maintaining a high-quality learning environment while keeping costs affordable for families.

8. Certificate Upon Completion:

Students will receive a certificate upon successfully completing the course.

Direct communication with teachers without acknowledging the institute may result in admission cancellation and the withholding of the certificate.

Modification of Policies:

Al-Muflihun Online Quran Institute reserves the right to modify, amend, or update its policies as necessary. Any changes made to the existing policies will be communicated to students through the institute’s official communication channels. It is the responsibility of the students to stay informed about any modifications to the policies. Modifications may be made to enhance the quality of services, comply with legal requirements, or improve the overall functioning of the institute.

Procedure for Modification:

Notification: Students will be notified in advance of any proposed modifications to the policies. Notification may be conveyed through emails, announcements on the institute’s website, or other official communication channels.

Review Period: Upon notification, students will be given a reasonable period to review and understand the proposed modifications. Questions and concerns regarding the changes can be addressed to the institute’s administration during this review period.

Feedback: Al-Muflihun encourages constructive feedback from students regarding proposed modifications. Feedback can be submitted through designated channels provided by the institute.

Implementation: After the review period and consideration of feedback, approved modifications will be implemented. The effective date of the changes will be clearly communicated to all students.

Continuous Improvement:

Modification of policies is part of Al-Muflihun’s commitment to continuous improvement. The institute aims to adapt and evolve its policies to better serve the needs of its students and maintain the highest standards of education. Students are encouraged to actively participate in the feedback process and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the institute’s policies and practices.

By enrolling in Al-Muflihun Online Quran Institute, students acknowledge their understanding of the potential modification of policies and agree to abide by the updated terms and conditions. The institute values transparency and will strive to ensure that any modifications are communicated clearly and effectively to all stakeholders.

Additional Certificate Issuance Fee:

In addition to the course fees, Al-Muflihun Online Quran Institute imposes a one-time charge for the issuance and shipment of the completion certificate. This fee is applicable after successfully completing the course and is independent of the regular monthly fees. The following guidelines outline the details of the additional certificate issuance fee:

Payment Timing:

The certificate issuance fee can be paid when the certificate is due for issuance.

This is a one-time charge and is separate from the monthly course fees.

Communication:

Students will be informed in advance about the upcoming issuance of certificates and the associated fee.

The communication will include the due date for payment and instructions on how to make the payment.

Amount and Payment Methods:

The specific amount of the certificate issuance fee will be clearly communicated to the students.

Payment can be made through the designated payment methods accepted by the institute.

Certificate Release:

The certificate will only be released and shipped upon the successful payment of the certificate issuance fee.

Failure to pay the fee within the stipulated timeframe may result in delays in receiving the certificate.

Non-refundable:

The certificate issuance fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. Once paid, it cannot be reimbursed.

Transparent Communication:

Al-Muflihun is committed to transparent communication regarding all financial matters, including the certificate issuance fee.

Any changes to this fee will be communicated in advance to ensure clarity and understanding among students.

By enrolling in our courses, students acknowledge and agree to the terms related to the additional certificate issuance fee. This fee contributes to the processing, preparation, and shipment of the completion certificate, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for students who have successfully completed their courses.

CANCELLATION OR COMPENSATION OF ONE/MULTIPLE CLASSES

Although strict punctuality should be maintained, however there might be instances where student might be absent from the class due to personal issues which includes “falling sick/busy/not reached class on time/vacation/technical problem with system or connection” etc. In such cases, the respective class will be cancelled. In no means shall this class be compensated by refunding a part of fee or by conducting additional “out of the schedule” class. The student must understand that un-scheduled circumstances might arise during their course of study and this should be dealt with positive understanding & patience.

However, if its a miss from our side (like Tutor not turning up or technical issue of website or portal from our side etc), then we will compensate the class for you based on mutual agreement.
